Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be flexible and accommodating whenever possible. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our business, allowing us to continue providing exceptional nature experiences while respecting the needs of our participants.

Cancellation by Participants:

- If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible.
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled tour time will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour time may result in a partial refund or no refund, depending on the circumstances.

Cancellation by Vision Walks:

- We may need to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, resourcing issues or insufficient bookings (we have a minimum of 2 people for each of our tours).
- If we cancel a tour, participants will receive a full refund or have the option to reschedule to another available date.

No-shows:

- Participants who fail to show up for their scheduled tour without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.

Illness or injury:

- Please let us know if you have COVID-19 or similar contagious illness, please contact us to discuss options for rescheduling or full refund.
- If you’ve experienced an injury and are unable to attend the tour, please contact us to discuss options for rescheduling or full refund.
